Took us 3 yrs from original lease,to finally get turned over to production . Due to the fact more heirs surfaced . Check your will and all the records. The tax office in Marion County is sheriff's office . Check all the survey companies around make sure it hasn't been surveyed . We had issues with some folks
I was up in the clerk's office in Marion County a couple months ago. There were quite a few landmen there, and they were talking about oil and gas work. Just thought people might be interested to know that interest in Marion County seems to be picking up again.
