Things are heating up in Trumbull County and this is the place to talk about it. The Utica is looking more promising and, for better or worse, Trumbull County could be right in the middle of it.
I have freinds who been doing leases for 60 years. I will find out if there any holes you need to plug in your lease when you have your one -one with your attorney? I have many friends who i in the sevices with over there in ohio.
how did the committment letter go down? When did Alov ask for to sign a committment letter? How long was the committement letter in effect? Could you join the alov right up to the deal being down?
I am holding an educational event on May 3rd at 7pm at The Times Square Restaurant in Kinsman for any landowners who are interested. Complimentary dinner will be served.
I am a fellow landowner of 40 acres in Geauga county and I will be speaking specifically about how the leases, oil and gas royalties, and bonus payments will affect retirement and how you should plan accordingly.
Please call me at 216-409-1710 or email me at michael.vary@ubs.com to reserve a spot for you or a friend. Space is limited to 20 people.
I just signed up on this site and am trying to find out if my land is eligible for leasing. Who do I contact to get this information? Thanks for your help.
Try Shale investment fund. I read on here that they are giving 3200 an acre and 17% and they take any amount of acres. I read on here they were leasing in west farmington
For those interested in working with BP try Gunter Land Services- They are representing BP. FYI I am awaiting response to their email so I can not comment on what it is like to have dealings with them.
Some people find other peoples mindless comments as knowledge gained, nobody knows everything, including you. A great way to learn is to listen and ask questions !!!
Happy 4th of July ! Please take today to be positive and rejoice in the freedoms that we enjoy as property owners in the USA. Respect the value of the natural resources that we are blessed to have below our feet. Continue to stay the course as we advocate for our landowners as we believe that landowners in our area should not be willing to lease their gas and oil rights for anything less than $5,500 per ac. and a 20% gross royalty. United, we will not be sold out by outsiders who have only their own best interest in mind . Enjoy Today !
People are getting roalty checks and I have not gotten my lease check yet. Can someone tell me what is going on. Signed in middle of Jan. trumbull county Ohio Hartford. Thank you
Hey Tom, I have a number for David Greenwood in TX, but he will refer you to the OH program manager, that info was supplied on a label on the bottom of the mannila folder we were given on lease signing. Lease related questions, trumbull.ohio@bp.com, www.bputica.com
I signed with The Point Pleasant Landowner Group. I am letting them do the fighting for me. They say that the first deals are not in the favor of the landowner. I agree. I didnt like the BP offer because of all the deductions from the royalty payment. The Point Pleasant Landowners Group claims they will fight for a gross royalty payment for the landowner. I am giving them a try.
I heard that the Point Pleasant Landowner Group is having a landowner meeting at the VFW in West Farmington on Aug 16 at 6:30. I am looking forward to hearing about other options in Trumbull County.
I think the Bp contact in Ohio is Shale investment fund. I think they are the landmen for BP. Try contacting them instead of BP. Make sure you read the fine print in that lease.
Shale Investment Fund puts on a very educational presentation with slide show. We signed with them, and I must say I am happy we did, as I believe they offer the best deal. They are also very nice guys! I'm a believer!
I think their offer is fair, and anyone holding out for something better via a landowners group, is probably not going to get it. No, I don't work for SIF!
William, thanks for your comment. From what you heard. will Shale Investment Fund research old clinton well leases for people who sign up. Will they recommend what steps to take to clear an old lease. We are HPB, but there are some things in our lease that may leave an opening. For instance, our land can only be combined into an 80 acre drilling unit, and the well on our property has been capped and abandoned, but we have a few acres with another existing well. Thanks, comment would be welcomed by anyone. PS - We have another small piece with ALOV, but the FedEx trucks keep passing by. Rats.
