PDC is currently fracking the Detweiller well off Rt. 265.  They flow tested the Range rd. well with great results! 56% oil. 23% natural gas liguids

That's great news, lots of activity around that area. Devon has the Chumney well in the 60 day resting period. Any pressure numbers on the Range Road well?

Onega comm. 1796 barrells of oil. per day.  They didnt say how much ngl, or gas flowed. these are peak rates.

Jon; thanks for the correction. sounds comparable to the Grohl well. A few miles north. in Antrim. That lateral was a couple thousand ft. longer. I think they said it was 65% condensate. Onega being 56%

Gulfport is buying 30,000 acres in the Utica play from their sister company Windsor Ohio LLC.

Gulfport's 3rd quarter and year end financial report. They are adding a 3rd rig in earl March and a 4th rig in April. Maybe they will start drilling Guernsey Co. more aggressively this Summer.

I see from the ODNR website that the Chumney well is producing off of Institute Rd, anyone hear any results of flow? This was or is a Devon well.

The new ODNR map viewer has parcel information such as landowner and acreage.

what is the location of this well?

I could be wrong, but my guess is this is the well above Quaker City between Quaker and Batesville on 513.  Its in Noble, but the laterals go into Guernsey. 

DMoore you are correct, that is the well site.

The pad is in Noble County, 2 laterals go northwest into Guernsey & 1 lateral goes southeast in Noble County, Ohio.

Devon Energy's Chumney Family Trust IH well in Guernsey County reported 448 bbl/day, and 1,203 Mcf/day.

Anadarko's Spencer 5H, in Guernsey County, posted 415 bbl/day and 406 Mcf/day,

Enervest well at Little  Indian rd. has 12 big holding tanks and the biggest pumpjack you ever seen.  Pumping away!  Don't know if this well is hooked up to a gas gathering pipeline,but it sure is pumping some oil/condensates. Does anyone know what the daily production is? hopefully the royalty owner/s will fess up! Hate to have to wait till april 2014 to find out. I think it was the 1st horizontal well to the Utica ,west of I-77. EQT is MUM also about their wells just west of I-77 south of Cambridge. Maybe they want to get everyone leased or minerals BOUGHT before we find out?

The Bluegrass pipeline folks had a meeting at the Guernsey County Library mon. eve. for all interested to ask questions and hear about their plans to go right thru the county and on to the Gulf.  anyone attend?  Did they have a planned route? Did they discussROW $$$$. ?

William, I see that EQT has two pads in the northeast corner of Spencer Twp. and they are permitted for multiple wells per pad. They are the Clark and NCD3 pads. I'm not familiar with that area or EQT, but I would guess that they are looking for condensate or oil that far west.

BO. It was the usual meet and greet. Not much hard info. available . lot's of rep.s shaking hands and handing out co. literature about how great the co.is how safe and how good the pipeline will be for the economy of the area, maps of the "proposed route".Reps could not or would not answer the specific guestions you and I want answered.I did determine the line in our area [via published map] is scheduled to be 20".

The Guernsey County Court of Common Pleas recently entered an order upholding the validity of an oil and gas lease from 1980.

Existing HBP Oil and Gas Lease Held Valid

American Energy-Utiva llc has started to record lease re-assignments from Swepi/ shell and enervest in Guernsey Co. recorders office. This confirms the deal? EQT also bought & recorded one from Swepi. This bunch wants to get in hear & drill baby drill!

Is everyone aware that the Guernsey court records are now on file thru USlandrecords back to 1988.  An outside firm has been loading this past month.  Easy way to check if your lease has

been reassigned.

Just got a call about signing 3 year lease for temp. 8in. water line in Guernsey, Center twp. any thoughts on price per ft. By the sound of it looks like activity will be picking up in that area.

I was on my cell phone, not very good reception, but I believe it was. They did the work in the southwest corner of Guernsey.
