I have not encountered a land man recently. The negotiator who began the most recent lease arrangements pissed off people that I respect a great deal before I ever talked to any land men. Aquaintances and friends here in Wyoming who work in the industry informed me on what should be an equitable lease.

    I am planning on driving to keeneyville next weekend, but we just got clobbered
    with 24" of the white stuff, I am interested in learning more about the important things one should consider when signing a lease.

    Hi Brian just got a chance to get on computer since we are not doing pipeline work for Anadarko until next tuesday. Dads well has just been vertical drilled, now he is waiting for the horizontal drilling. Yes the job is still good but not all fun since we are in Centre county living in a motel and only get home on sundays. Looks like Cruttendens well is under way along with alot more activity around here.
