Tracy,
You being from Texas I am compelled to ask...
I have 150 Acres of land in Tunkhannock Twp. Chk. leased 50% of the Gas and Oil rights them from a previous owner (who had retained 50% them in 1955) will Chk. be looking to me for the other half, and is this leverage for me or a detriment?
We are so new to all of this, should one hold for a few more years?
Tracy, welcome to the Harrison County Ohio webpage! I see from one of your earlier posts that you prepare authorization for expenditure documentation. May I ask, what would be the ideal length of a horizontal run in the Utica Shale found in Harrison County? Also, how many radial horizontal legs are typically drilled from a singular well pad? I look forward to your increasing the knowledge base of those who visit this web site.

Tracy, I'm serving overseas at the moment so the best way to converse is via email at the moment. Can I email you directly with some questions?

Tracy: do you have contacts for someone who is interested in 25 acres in Noble County (Marion Township)?
Thanks,
