Introduce Yourself
Learned last month that my grandfather Hampson left 30+ acres of mineral rights to my sisters and cousins in greene county. We were contacted by a landsman,Mike Masula. He is offering us $3500 an acre with 18% royalty. We were wondering if this is a fair offer and if we can join your group. Thanks so much. Ms. Pennell

Just approached by Rice to lease my mineral rights. They offered 5000 and 18%. Read some bad press about them not coming through on leases in the past. Should I be concerned?

Thanks for the info. Gasboy. I was back visiting my great grandfathers house in greene county. Saw all the activity and went through both townships. Living in Virginia so kinda nce to be updated on things. Hope Rice energy was a good company to lease with.

Does anyone know anything about the litigation with the Holbrooke storage field in Greene county Pa and how that would affect people receiving royalties. Also I am not included in a unit yet. How long does that take. Thanks. Debbie Pennell
