yes we were offered 1500 and 12 1/2% , or 2500 and 15% if we give surface rights. some friends just signed last week for 5000 and 20% but not with any one dealing with chesepeake, wondering if there is a large differance between wich o&g company is interested in the area

Did you go it alone or were you in with a group? were you able to negotiate with them or was it pretty much here is our offer take it or leave it?
