Introduce Yourself: I live in Guernsey County where land owners with no wells are being paid more than 5000 per acre plus 20 per cent royalties. I on the other hand get paid less than $20 a month for a poor well that is holding my land in production. I'm trying to learn how people are negotiating old leases.
