The lease offer in Guernsey County started out at 50.00 100.00 250.00 and are now 1600.00 to 1850.00 and 15%. for a five year paid up lease.Morgan County is on the edge of the play however I believe that the Utica play will expand. It will take a few wells to be drilled in the area to heat things up Harrison and Carrol Counties is well on there way with some good wells drilled.

Their business strategy changed about two years ago, and I personally am avoiding doing any future business with them. Also, I feel strongly that a 15% royalty is too low.
