I have not heard or read anything from or about Chesapeak since I signed the lease. The landsman, Brandon Miller, said during the negotations that Chesapeak had so much land under contract now that they would probably just drill on the land nearest the existing pipe lines and they might not even get to our land in the first term of the lease.
I believe, after reading the article about Chesapeak's recent board meeting which detailed their being years ahead in their leasing agreements, that they will probably focus on Bradford and Wyoming counties for the next couple of years (one man's opinion).
