Hi Andrew, I've been researching somewhat the mineral plays going on in that region. My spouse has a very small amount of mineral rights in that area as well as W. Virginia. We're planning on coming back East soon on a vacation from our home in Big Sky Country Mt. to look over things. We're in a very good position out here to where we don't have to be desperate or anxious about the offers we're received. I see by some of the maps that there has been a few wells drilled in Spring Hill Twp. I'm slowly picking up on some education about the area and mineral right issues.
