I have not encountered a land man recently. The negotiator who began the most recent lease arrangements pissed off people that I respect a great deal before I ever talked to any land men. Aquaintances and friends here in Wyoming who work in the industry informed me on what should be an equitable lease.

    Was looking at the May issue of Discover Magazine and there is an article called Fracking Nation. Very interesting. I now know more of how this type of drilling is and much more.
