    Where is there land located? Seeing the lease won't help much Sam. They are offering 4250/20% like they did us but I'm not sure of the other parts of the lease. The Garrison lease will most likely be for big blocks of contiguous acres.

    Donna Conover suggested I talk to you.  I have a friend's parents that own property in Monroe Co, Washington Twp and they are unleased.  Do you know any companies currently leasing and how to contact them.  Any idea on the terms?
