None as of now, but they are planning to come through our area to get to a State Game Land and we would like to get some information about what is going to happen to our roads and properties. The company named CNYOG is planning to come and put pipeline (MARC 1) into the state game lands 13 and will be using our dirt roads in Lost Lake Acres to get the pipes to those game lands.

    Hi Sandy,

    Not sure what applys to private roads if there are no posted weight limets posted. But I would think the Co. would keep the roads in good shape. Your housing develpment should get together and ask them what they will or will not do for the roads.
