Introduce Yourself: We met with landmen from Little Pine resources about a month ago. We already had an offer from another company for $600 an acre, but little pine was offering us $50 an acre for 18 months with a catch that he wouldn't disclose. We got the same old if we don't lease, gas company's will steal our gas--yada yada.
