My Aunt Mary and Uncle Chuck Dunlap may have rented your farm house off Kelly Lane.

You referred to being near the country club, therefore, I feel I know your location.  I have mineral rights for 365 acres on Spruce Hallow Rd.

 

Our lease ran out with Range last October and have negoiated with a wild cat out fit from Texas and recently with Chevron.  We are more interested in the content of the lease than the bonus and royalty $$$$.
