I own 84 acres in lawrence co ky 4 miles south of louisa east of levisa fork on three mile creek. I have had a hard time with gas company trying to steal my minerals, then landmen from gulfland contacted me wanting to lease my minerals. Their leases are dangerous not only do they want my minerals for 80.00 per acre the lease is not just for oil & gas they want all carbons and every gas known to man. I can not see why any one would sign that lease or why any mineral lawyer would say it is save. this reminds me when they stole most of the minerals in east ky for $40.00 and a mule. This is the only site i have signed up on since 2002.
