I have been in the marketing and trading business for 23 yrs and spent much of that time marketing and trading around the northeast, mid-atlantic, southeast and gulf coast. I spent 12 of those 23 yrs working for a producer marketing their daily production and the remainder with a energy trading & marketing company. Currently managing a natural gas transportation portfolio from the SW PA, OH and WV region to the gulf coast. We buy from producers and sell to end use/utility/LNG players.

hi daryl I would like your opinion on something.if the deed states the mineral rights stay with the estate and the original owner has passed the estate has been sold nothing left does the mineral right go to the new owner ??

ok thank you I guess I could wait and see if oil & gas company get in contact with me I'm sure they check to see if I own them its only 2 acres in pa thanks again BILL

good advice thank you also I could call the granddaughter that sold me the property and ask her if she kept the mineral rights.she was in such a big hurry to sell everything I doubt if she kept them but it is worth a try I bought 2 acres from her at $500 an acre that's how bad she wanted to sell lol
