Thanks for the quick response Mike. We have a 180 acre plot as I mentioned with oil only. Somewhere in my piles of records, I have the name of a small company that has the gas rights. I think they are a small local driller.

We had a 1 year contract with a real estate company and they made contact with this small company and they were not interested in talking about our oil rights. We were able to sell one property's rights to a Texas company. Any thoughts about this 180 acres please?
