I recently inherited a portion of land located in Monroe County. I am looking to get rid of a small portion my interests. My property is currently leased with 12.5% old lease. The portion I want to get rid of is just a small piece of what I own. I want to retain the surface for future pipeline activity. 80 acre portion (I have interest in approximately 500 acres). My theory why not make some money if the price was right? Approximately 15% of what I got. I want $1,600,000 for the rights to the property.
