I am working with alov at this time...Talked to them today..They wanted to know if chesepeak contacted me ......If anyone has less than 5 acreas has long as chesepeak contacted them about leasing... ALOV will be permitted to accept them in one of their groups of landowners.....if you need a phone number for alov....I'll be glad to give it to you....
Yes, I finally took the plunge. I didn't get on with ALOV, I took DPS Penn's offer of 2,000/acre and 15%. I was told that Chesepeak wasn't interested in signing any additional acreage to the ALOV deal. Are you close to signing a lease? If so, and you're not signing on with ALOV, I would recommend attorney Piargallini (sp). He has a 29 addendum list approved by Chesapeak and I added on an additional 3 addendums to my lease. He charges $5.00/acre fee, very reasonable.
