    Contact Ohio Valley Landowners Association   DO NOT sign with anyone until you find out the facts .   Ovla has a contract with lawers and addendums to the original lease.  II am sure others have that as well HOWEVER, these are the only people that talked to me 1:1 and gave me a tangible piece of paper to read, take to my own lawyer and get the go for it.  Google Ovla.com...... get your deed, go to the dept of records, spend way too much time, there are sidebars written in, and get your ducks in a row.  .Girlfriend do your homework, I did.
