    I'm on Tuscarawas Rd.,off 8th st rd.(Co. Rd.383) We are 2 miles north of Guernsey school house. we are close to the Tuscarawas Co. line and the Oxford twp. line. We just started researching this a month and a half ago & it does get confusing. We owned 76 acres, sold close to 50, the people just pd. it off. So they are ready to get on board. However, the biggest landowners around us are NOT interested in any contracts. We are still going to the meeting Thursday, August 24th, at the Pritchard Laughlin Civic Center. Are you in this group?
