Good so far but the companies don't keep the community informed enough. Like were they are and were there going next. I know any company has a plan for years down the road. Why not just say it.

         Did the oil company "bundle" you property w/ surrounding land.  In the 1970's our family farm was"bundled" into a block w/ eight wells drilled upon it.  Each farm received a % of royalties dependent upon # of acres.  Your contract should say.  Thus oil taken from neighbor, if the drilling goes onto his prop. is shared since it comes up through your prop.  May I ask which Township you live?  _  Denver
