There are countless companies that send out post cards offering to buy, but I would suggest avoiding them.  Local companies are the best route in my opinion.

The highest bidder, if you are determined to sell. Make them give you non-refundable downpayment, not to be deducted from purchase price, with buyer's title examination returned in 90 days or less, giving you right to opt out upon disagreement. Shift the risk, get paid something no matter what, and do not give away right to reject title outcome. Just for starters. Consult an attorney before signing anything.
