Introduce Yourself: I own 12 acres in Greene Co. (Waynesburg) under lease to EQT. I have 6.3 acres in one unit and am getting a very small royalty check from that. I have had several offers by other companies to lease and several offers to purchase my mineral rights. I'm trying to figure out what my best options are for gaining anything more from the situation. The land is vacant and I don't live on it.
