Mineral Right Lease

I have been offered a lease for mineral rights and do not know the value of the lease.  Does anyone have any idea on what is customary for lease length,  bonus per acre, royalty percent, shut price etc.  Any input on the current leasing would be most appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
