Hi Scott,

We haven't heard anything new, but it's interesting that Eclipse and Antero did a big lease swap - and where they are at.   Hopefully they'll drill soon.  The only rig they had in Guernsey County is down - don't know yet where it went - not to 265.

Tony got a nice deer a couple of weeks ago with a muzzleloader - 12 point.

Take care - stay warm!

Thanks Scott!

I spoke with someone from Gulfport who said they aren't actively seeking leases now....  If so, he said it would be at a reduced rate.  I hope for the people in our group your company will be interested.  I really appreciate your help!! Thanks!

I'm happy for you , I am still trying to lease my ground but this time it's going to 2 sided not all toward the o-g men . we  have some info that will be shared soon with the last post on site  about  the dumpers and the arbitration clause . Did your lease have that put  in it ?

Hi Scott I looked up your acreage good spot bad spot it is to early to tell because no drilling activities in the area the thing you need to do now is build a lease pad or drilling unit of at least 340 acres. The way you do this is to talk to your neighbors. Let me know when you will be in the Guernsey County area. Thanks Mike Belaj

Hi Scott I know the Oil and Gas business and I know how this Utica play will need to be drilled to obtain the most production and production is were the money will be made. The lease is very important you do not want to get tied in with some one that will just flip your lease When some one talks to you about a lease know were the money is comming from find out who the operator will be if they can not anser that queston do not sign the lease. Thanks Mike
