Larry, thank you for your help. I don't know anything about this drilling stuff because I don't own alot of property. There is a company (CNYOG) that is going to be laying pipes and to get to the state game lands 13 behind us they will be coming through our housing develpment. We have all dirt roads here and plan on having a real mess on our hands here. Are the companies liable for our private roads? I appreciate your help with this. Sandy
how do I know if I'm included in a drilling parcel? My neighbor has a well 3000ft from my property line, the horizontal line is just feet away. My lease states that if they draw gas from under my property. How far does the fracking reach? We've heard nothing.
Thanks Larry, I'm a potter in nj. I own a few acres in Bradford and this website seems to have some info. Looking to become more informed and educated on the subject of drilling and natural gas.
Thanks for the invitation Larry, very exciting stuff going on across PA right now and I'm trying to learn as much as possible b/c this is going to affect many people and many generations.
Nice pictures Larry! You take a lot of the same kind I do; if you can find me on Facebook, that's where mine are. My last name is Yoder, so you should be able to find my page.
Thanks Larry, I spend a lot of time taking pictures at our place in Sullivan county. I hope to be learning a lot more thing about all this gas business going on here - staying informed is important.

If you don't mind can I ask you who your contact is from Talisman Energy? We have land in Tioga County and want to talk with someone who may be interested in leasing it.
Thank You,
Brian Martin
Larry - Thank you. Hopefully I'll hear from this attorney that has sent this document to me sometime this week and I'll have some info on what's occurring.
Thank you for the photos, they are lovely. I spent a lot of time in that part of the country as a child and I have very fond memories of the area. If my memory serves me correctly, this is about the time of year when all the color explodes on the mountains. We use to call it a bowl full of fruit loops! :)
Thanks Larry,
I've not signed anything as of yet. I've left a message for the attorney, he's been out of the office for the past few weeks which I can tell has definitely been a blessing. Unfortunately, my sisters signed the documents and sent them back without checking into anything.
I have several ethical questions for this attorney at this point, in addition to a contingency fee agreement that appears to be a rip off. It looks like he's funding his personal retirement plan.
He's due back next week, so we'll see if I hear from him.
Thanks for being here, this site is fantastic and I'm thrilled to have found it.
Thank you Larry, I'm extremely grateful to have found this site.
I do have a burning question.
Can a PA lawyer proceed with negotiating my mineral rights if I haven't signed anything yet? My personal amount would equate to about 3%. I just learned about all this Marcellus business about 3 weeks ago and I know there's a lot to learn.
Thanks for being here!
