I have been in a unit in Harrison county Ohio since 2016.  The operator received a variance to have the well bore 350' from the western boundary because they were going to have another unit next to that boundary.  They did end up with another unit but they drilled in the northwest direction and this unit only covers the top part of my unit.  I asked the operator if they were going to adjust the boundaries since they did not have another unit along the entire boundary and was told they were not.  I am on the edge of the unit and would have more land in the unit if they had the unit boundary the normally required 500' from the lateral.  Has anyone else dealt with a similar issue or have any thoughts on this?
