The G&O companies always threaten they will go around or say they don't know if or when there wil be any activity in our area....Maybe both of us should start posting in our county group and this forum to see if anyone is being approached or hearing anything....I did get a letter asking about me selling (not leasing) my mineral rights a few months ago...I know Hiker had a post on here about those letters and posted a map of the areas getting offers...Bradford and Tioga were 2 of the Pa areas...but from what I'm reading it might be years b4 we see any action, if at all...

Permalink Reply by stormangasman on July 8, 2013 at 5:19am Pa. has no Limit to how many acres can be put in a unit, unless you put a limit in your lease ,you could have 1280 or more-we have 1172 in ours in Sullivan co..Std. in all other states is 640.No one knew this 8 years ago when leases were signed for pennies.
We had an offer to buy Mineral rights for 4000.00/acre last month "DON'T DO IT"
