Hi all. My first post but I've been lurking for a few months. Thanks for the forum. 

CHK bought the rights a couple of years ago to some acreage I have just outside of Scio. Then a couple of months ago I received a water survey to fill out and attached to it was an aerial view of our property and the well name and pad number at the bottom.  I now see that this well name and pad number is listed on the ONDR web site along with several other pads with the same name (William Phillips) and the code number 1-13-6. But on the ODNR site there are additional numbers followed by an "H" at the end.  This seems to go beyond just CHK too and other permitted wells have these extra numbers and "H" at the end.  Anyway, I'm trying to figure out if in fact we are part of one of these ongoing wells.  

When I asked someone at CHK a few months ago--after completing the water survey--they said it could mean that I'm inside of a pad or within 3000 feet outside but she couldn't tell me if I was inside or not.  

So two part question to this long post--what does the H and extra digits mean on the ODNR site and is there a way I can go to the courthouse or something and see if I am inside the wells being drilled?

By the way I live outside of Harrison county now but will be back there next week so I could walk the property or go to the courthouse--just not sure what I'm looking for! Thanks in advance for any help.
