I just learned that I have a few acres included in a Beadnell unit situated in Fox Township. Can anyone on this site share any information with me: has the well or other wells in this unit been drilled or fracked? Thanks...

CarrollCountyAce,

The ODNR web site is great

Carrollcountyace...I believe that the unit is correct. I assumed that the actual unit will be considerablly larger. Has the drilling pad been built or the well drilled. Thanks

Hi Hunter4440,  The 8h is Drilling The 3h has not been drilled yet.  I am part of a unit where someone in there contract limited the size of the unit to 160 acres or less but normally they are 500 - 640 acres.

Hunter4440,
Hi, I have not spoken to you for awhile. Hope all has been going well. Have you heard anything about the land in Rosé Township around the Ramsey PU? - Denver

The actual unit that pays royalties will be a lot bigger than 177 acres. The acres on the permit application are always different than when the actual production unit is established

explain?

Fang,
Thanks for the information. I assumed they set up the pooling unit prior to beginning to drill. I know I have signed for pooling units size. If I understand what you are saying, that PU size can change after drilling begins. - Denver
As long as they add more laterals. Why didn't they start out with 600 acres in the beginning?
