My Dad's property is on the Export/Delmont side of Murrysville off Kemerer Hollow Road. From what the H&H guy told me, they could come in underground from outside of Murrysville, presumably the Delmont side.
I have been contacted by someone from S&T Bank who wants to negotiate the lease with H&H. They would charge 6% fee but he says they could more than make up the difference by improving the lease terms. I don't know what to think. Are you signing a lease?
Welcome to GMS. I hope the site is a place for you to learn and contribute. I look forward to your participation. Be sure to check out the county groups to get plugged in to local site members.

I'm glad to hear from you. Penn Township is pretty close (my Dad's in Murrysville/Export area). Did your offer come from Huntley and Huntley? -nick
