Anadarko Survey 1-02-15

We have  (130 Acres in Lycoming county Pa ) and were contacted by Anadarko to survey the property . Has Anadarko contacted  anyone else . . They said they would get back to us .Just wondering  what is going on. If anyone knows any thing please send  me an email thank you much. Bob.

Hi Bob, Where in Lycoming are you?

We have land and existing lease with Anadarko in Lycoming County Mchenry Twp. as well as Clinton County Grugan Twp.

We also have a lease with Anadarko, In fact they're drilling our pad now for 5 wells. We are in Cogan House twp.

Your a few miles south of us, we are in Liberty and also leased with Anadarko but have heard nothing from them.

Why let them survey your land. Let them lease your land first. If they survey and don't see  what they want then NO lease. It's not in your best interest to let them survey the land.

John , the land is leased .I just wanted to know if anyone else was approached to have their land surveyed  .something must be going on   Bob

Anadarko is likely getting ready to unitize your property or a portion of. Could be  they don't have a current survey to go off of to determine your actual acreage.
