I'm very sorry to see this. We all know AG Kane, a person upon whom PA Lessors are relying for critical help, has come under fire in recent months. This has weakened our AG at a time we need her to be strong and assertive. Loss of four Chiefs of Staff during her term bespeaks weakness, not strength. And the other resignations of persons close to Kane also do not bode well for our prospects at a time when bold actions from her office are in our best interest:
Persons closest to Kane are bailing out
Can Attorney General Kane do her job under the present circumstances? What is your opinion?

If an AG & governor cripple the industry, there will be no drilling and if no drilling - no royalties. She needs to go and that Wolf needs to relocate.
Permalink Reply by sircedric on April 5, 2015 at 10:44am I agree with you David. Just because she is going after chk which most of us feel they are riping us off, we really don't know what her plans are. If she is losing people around her, my question would be why? Maybe the people resigning are the ones we need and not her, i don't know. Its good she is doing this investagation, but at what cost? Time will tell.

Permalink Reply by Frank Walker on April 10, 2015 at 10:21am There is more news today regarding Kane:
This woman is in deep doo-doo. PA landowners should not get their hopes up in terms of obtaining help from her office!!
