Jack do you know the rock in Sweden township is it comparable to N-NW Tioga, toc and perm. This will be interesting to see how far the payable shale in Middlebury and Chatham sweet spot expands out.

I'm not sure anyone outside the top guys at JKLM knows exactly how the rock looked on their first well. It's a private company, and they're pretty tight with information. (You hear rumors, but there's no way to be sure they're accurate.) My guess is that the first real clue we'll get will be how many wells (and where) they permit for 2016. I'm pretty sure that the sweet spot is bigger than what's been proven up so far, but the hope is that there's an even sweeter spot somewhere nearby that will be profitable at current gas prices. That's a long shot, of course, but the industry (and most of the fortunes people have made in it) was built on long shots. JKLM knows that better than anyone!

Jack is Pegula the controlling interest holder in JKLM. If so he must have missed the anxiety of running a oil gas company. He must have a iron stomach.

I believe that JKLM is owned by Terry Pegula. What makes you think owning sports teams is less stressful than drilling?  ;)

You don't have to deal with anti fractivists , EPA and the anti fossil fuel group with a sports teams.
