I think I seen the division orders for Wengerd pad other day on recorders site. Good luck.

Thanks JohnL, we have been told we are in a good location, just get curious about it all sometimes since we see so much action and know so little....we will continue to be patient, just thought maybe someone on here had more info than we had at this time!  Thanks !

Terri- I would suggest that you and Dexter get together and compare notes. You most likely will not hear anything from Hilcorp until well after the new Wengerd wells go in to production. I'm going to guess that it will be another 6+ months before before you hear from them.

You're in a good spot, you just have to be patient. The November 2015 production numbers from the new James wells looked good. Several thousand barrels of liquids.

Hi All!  Lots of activity has been going on by my house since right after Christmas..Actually has been going on for over a year now...with little breaks in the action here and there.  We have been told that we are in quadrant A of the Wengerd well, although we have not received any official notification so far.  We have seen a map of the A quadrant though and we are smack in the middle of it.  Good to know, but just seems like we should have heard something official by now.  Anyone have any updated info on the wengerd well?

Sounds like you need to go visit your new neighbors and welcome them to the neighborhood!

Thanks for the info John. Apparently Hilcorp is waiting on deeds from a couple property owners within the unit where property has changed hands since signing. The question is how long are these property owners going to take so Hilcorp can get division orders out!!

Lilly- I'm going to guess that your property in the Zigo unit. That being said, it all depends on where you're at. Hilcorp has split the Zigo well into 4 drilling units (NE, NW, SE, SW). They just recorded The Zigo NE unit declaration. I haven't talked yet with anyone listed in the unit on whether they have received their division orders or not. Hilcorp has not recorded the unit declaration for the Zigo SE unit yet. The Zigo NW and Zigo SW are "future" drilling units. So if your property is in either the NE or SE units then you should be receiving a division order, otherwise you will have to wait until they drill more wells (whenever that may be, if ever). In the past, the checks typically start coming 90-120 days after the well goes into production. Obviously that hasn't happened from what I've heard. The Zigo wells came on line about the 3rd week of August. I would suggest having your attorney contact Hilcorp. Don't waste your time trying to call yourself. They won't call you back.

If Hilcorp is doing so great and paying all of their employees $100,000 and joining with Carlyle why aren't they paying out royalties!!  The Zigo wells have been producing since August and no royalties have been payed yet to anyone in the unit!!

WTF- I think it's positive that Hilcorp is looking to grow, but it's hard to tell what Hilcorp has in mind. My guess they're looking to buy out other producers who are drowning in debt for pennies on the dollar.

I'm not sure how many saw that Hilcorp recently terminated most of their leases in Delaware, Hermitage, Pymatuning, S Pymatuning twps. There was a 59 page deed recording last week. Basically everything north and west of Jefferson Twp. There has been no drilling in any of those areas to date. Are they focusing on a core area or looking to move on?

Only time will tell.
