What was the original price on your lease? I wonder how many Ascent leases are up for renewal this year and what Ascent would do if most landowners decide not to renew at lower prices. Do you know if your neighbours are due to renew their leases as well?
Sorry to hear about tough renewal conditions. When does your lease expire and do you know how much of a cut to the original price the land man in Guernsey is offering?
