I would wait just bit, giving you time to work with an O&G attorney to develop the lease wording and addendum you would like. My thinking is that if everyone in you family group can agree to proceed as a group....that will give you the most leverage with EQT. That does not mean you can't do it alone, if a consensus is not going to happen. One thing that I don't know....do you also own the surface rights? If you do not, it will make your addendum much easier, but know that any prospective Lessor (EQT?) will need to negotiate a surface lease if they want to site a pad on this acreage.
