Just curious...

I am in Liberty township and a few months ago got an offer to buy my royalties for 1500 to 1800 per acre, but they would do a more in-depth look if I was serious which "mite change the numbers" slightly....even tho I am not drilled or receiving any royalties ..talked to a landsman rite b4 I contacted them and he advised caution as there will be "significant" activity in my area in the "near future"....how about it, anybody else get an offer or hear anything or see any activity here in Tioga Co. ?

"U.S. Natural Gas Exports and Re-Exports by Country
Volumes in Million Cubic Feet, Prices in Dollars per Thousand Cubic Feet"
Monthly  and annual - LNG/Exports/By Vessel

https://www.eia.gov/dnav/ng/ng_move_expc_s1_m.htm

It verifies how little LNG is shipped from the U.S. to European compared to non-European countries.

Sure, shale gas has made LNG more affordable.  But that doesn't change or explain the fact that (much) more LNG is exported from the U.S. to China, South Korea, Japan, etc. than to European countries.

The EIA webpage includes Re-Exports.

OT,

In your opinion, how will increased LNG export activity, regardless of the destination, influence prices paid to those receiving royalties in the Marcellus Shale realm? Specifically, North central PA.

Thanks.

"New Recovery and Gas Line Replacement Efforts Launched for the Greater Lawrence Area" - Columbia Gas - Sep 21, 2018

"[Columbia Gas will] aim to have service restored to all homes and workplaces by November 19. ...

For places that do not meet these criteria, the team is exploring alternative home heating options. ...

On Wednesday, September 26, teams will begin deployment to every impacted residence or business to do a full assessment and determine what appliances need to be replaced or repaired. ... Residents will receive a communication from Columbia Gas to confirm the assessment so they can plan to be home. ...

So, how does one cook a turkey on a hot plate?

OH my God man! A major replacement of gas lines! Gonna be a lot of jobs and people put to work on this one. 48 miles? And what about all the service lines? Who is going to finance this replacement and is there going to be a shortage of pipe and other components needed to put all back in order again?

Granddad Ladd

Columbia Gas-MA does have a, annual pipeline replacement program, so that part of the cost should be in the budget. If I had a forced hot air heating system, I'd be tempted to ask for a buy-out. Have a propane or fuel oil furnace and appropriate storage tank installed.  Be done with Columbia.

OT,

Would you kindly provide a link to the Shell Oct. 4th open house information. I just might mosey on down for that.

Thanks.

Many thanks!!

Hey OT,

Is pre-registration required to attend Shell's meeting?

Thanks again!

OT:
I like winter, within reason ... but not inside the house.
