How are the surging natural gas prices affecting drilling this year, and what about going into 2022?  Are the gas companies taking advantage of these higher prices?  What`s next?

Does the LNG plant in Maryland offer opportunity for growth?

There are a couple of new LNG plants under construction and expected to come online in the next few years ........ Gas today is in  the $9.40 range , unreal for shoulder season ...Gasoline locally is $5.09 .....Eventually these high energy prices will take it toll and lead to a recession..... My humble prediction is sometime in Oct thru Dec period , the headlines will appear ....

In addition to LNG facilities are there more natural gas electric generation plants being built too?  LNG & power generation seem to be the two primary growth uses for natural gas.  What happened to the interest in mini (quick built) power plants?

We have a couple of those mini gas plants locally , they are very low key vs the traditional full sized power plants .....

Windmills are slowly providing more and more electric power , replacing gas power when the wind is blowing ...... Trouble with Wind is that it produces only 50% of  time ..... Gas usage will grow as Coal plants will continue to shut down , and now the rush to build more LNG export ... If I was King of the USA , I would probably be anti LNG export , I would rather save the gas for future generations ....  Gas produces thousands of products that are essential for life as we now it today ....... I am 100% invested in Energy , and currently 75% of that is in Gassy Producers .... SW Marcellus and Haynesville seem to be the Basins to Invest in ... .......

I'd vote for you!

Thanks Deb , now I have three votes for'King ' ... You , myself and my Labrador ' Scupper " .....

N Gas price in Free Fall as LNG export plant has a small explosion yesterday ... Plant was exporting 2 b's a day ... Three week estimate to come back online

Which plant had an explosion?  It will be interesting to see how the price responds once on-line again.

LNG plant in TX had the issue .... Gas prices took a hit yesterday and this AM , now rebounding ....Gasoline up another 1% today ,,, getting ugly for consumers ......

One would think if supply is reduced but demand remains high that prices would climb.  Look out for refinery issues impacting future gasoline prices.

You are correct Farmgas , One major refinery issue and gasoline will blast off ....Nat Gas after a downdraft has been rebounding , now at $9.11  .......

N Gas dropped over $1 today ..... All out , mostly on Fri , with some more today  ...... Couple of pipeline dividend payers left ...
