How are the surging natural gas prices affecting drilling this year, and what about going into 2022?  Are the gas companies taking advantage of these higher prices?  What`s next?

Spoke to a Fellow from Greene County PA, he was very disappointed with the election results .. He is looking to move to WV  

Shapiro,has always followed the cash I don't think we'll see much change probably more taxing on oil and gas co. which will raise the price of their product.

Pres Biden EPA has recently proposed NEW regulation concerning Methane leak detectors on oil wells that are termed 'strippers' .. These regs will apply to stripper N Gas wells as well . Abandoned wells will need to be monitored as well . Outfits like Diversified  might be impacted as well as local land owners who sit on these type of wells .

Some Industry experts predict PA new Fracking rules to damage the Industry as we know it today 

Investors are whispering about leaving those who produce in PA

What is known about Coterra Energy?  Where are they active in PA?  

ctra is a quality outfit , comprising of a merger between cog and xec ... The upper Marcellus has shown to be lesser quality and has held back share price to a certian extent 

Is Coterra Energy planning to buy other gas companies in PA?  Do they have any wells in Western PA?

CTRA does not mention wells in Western PA . COG did try some wells in OH a few ago and left after poor results .. NFG has a large presence Tioga and to the west . NFG is a very conservatie outfit , to date their wells do not inspire me to invest 

The Showalter wells are holding at 20 million a day for 4 months, hats off to Seneca they do have a better system. People that weren't drilled yet will get better wells, longevity and production.
