How are the surging natural gas prices affecting drilling this year, and what about going into 2022?  Are the gas companies taking advantage of these higher prices?  What`s next?

Once again , good info Paleface . Thanks

As frustrating as it is, new drilling & completions techniques mean better production results & greater gas royalties.  It`s the waiting that`s difficult.

The maintenance is much better also, they don't hesitate to shut them down for a week or so to clean them. There treating this like it's a long term operation.

Tricky time for Gas Investors .. Production is hitting all time highs . Europe issues , weather headlines .. The Economy . Tricky times for Investors in general ... Hold on to your hats , many winds are starting to blow ... Fascinating watching the Bitcoin / FTX implosion  ... Shockwaves continue to rumble through

Someone sniffing CNX  ?

How strong are they sniffing?  Very interesting!

Is CNX loosing key management people?

One of the Muckity Mucks was shown the door lately .. CNX needs new direction .. Its considered 'short lived ' and boring by many investors .  CNX has shown more resilience than others in the past month .... EQT has been whacked around lately ... Production continues to grow , mostly in the Permian ...  Want to gamble on Euro N Gas ??? NRT

Who is most responsible for those decisions at CNX?  What is meant by 'short lived"?

Limited drilling sites = short lived ... Who calls the shots ? The same fellow who crowed a few ago about all his glorious hedges ... Mr  Nick  ..

PS cold finally coming , Gas stocks will get a bounce today ...

I agree. So when is something going to happen?

Cold forecast for several weeks now.

No idea when CNX makes a move , soon shareholders will complain loud enough for management to act ... Either get a variable dividend and pull back on Buybacks or look for a merger .. Share price action a week ago or so , signaled actions behind the scenes .. These situations come and go just like the weather . Probably better gas choices elsewhere
