I have heard of offers in Harrison Co. from $1,500 per acre on a 3yr lease at 17% up to over $4,000 per acre 21% for a 5 year lease. I do not have any information on the area (district) of these offers.

Are you referring to Ohio or West Virginia?

Please talk to everyone and sit tight, I have been following the last couple of years from pa to oh and will be here full strength within next couple years. Learn from what is happening in those areas, they thought they would not get much and now look what is going on. I would not be surprised if it does happen here too, we are sitting on alot of assets. Slow down and sit tight.
