Nearly anyone can buy mineral rights. Oft larger operations use fronts to buy to hide their size and knowledge.  If you sell try and find something more reputable. Bids are always less than true value even adjusted, though some prefer sure $ today vs uncertainty,.    There are several TX OK outfits at it, collect some bids.

Ideally you find a neighbor or local who would buy it, -keep the $ in county!

If you are in a good area, upper 1/3rd of Sullivan, a guess, min price should be $5-6000 / a, I think the going rate amongst knowing parties. Bids fm TX will likely be much less.   If you want to sell for sure, tell us more, someone here might be interested.

Thank you.  Are you currently buying mineral rights in sullivan county.  There are currently three owners to property in sullivan county but it is my understanding that  any one of the three can sell their 1/3 portion of the mineral rights without the other two's permission.   Does that sound right to you?
