Do you have the link?

I put the newspaper letter on by uploading.

I will try to get a copy on here but my printer would not copy it all at one time.

I might be able to copy it in pieces.  It is about a case with Kimble's that has lasted aprox. 2 1/2 years, briefing the details of how Kimble had plumbed a property (teed into sales line) to hold the property owners HBP. illegitimately.  Judge Hervey did not acknowledge evidence in support of the landowners simiply by stating "i am only going to hear two things today"  and those were the two questions that Kimble's attorneys wanted to bring.  The landowners had made a motion for 'contempt of court" on the Kimbles and Hervey refused to set a hearing date for this issue. Also refused to set a bond increase on the 32 year old well that was not producing but static pressure indicates that the gas from the sales line is going backward into the well. No matintaince records were recorded by the KIimbles until the date of the suit started in 2012 and Hervey did not acknowlecdge any of this evidence either!  The complete letter tells more.  It is in the latest issue of the Harrison News Herald, but i will try to get it on here.

Thanks,

Also Harrison news Herald i don't think puts the letter to the editor on the site so the link would not work.

Anytime a public servant takes the side of a company for no apparent reason, it would be wise to question their honesty.

That said, anyone who suspects a public servant is on the take should go to the FBI website and do a search on Corrupt Politician.

Let the FBI clear them of any wrong doing, or expose their guilt.

It's time to take action, or Ohio could end up like SD & PA on the Top Ten Most Corrupt States list. I know you don't want that so lets lock up those who are guilty and keep Ohio Clean of corporate $$Green$$.

i am attempting to put the whole article on

Sorry to hear you have fallen victim to the Harrison County good ole' boy network. Do a little research at the courthouse and you will find a conflict of interest in Hervey ruling on any oil and gas lease issues.

Maybe we can rectify this problem on election day!

Great letter, Kebria!! I know of several people who have commented on how well written it was. Also, I know of some who were going  for Hervey, who now won't!!

Thanks, we're praying for everyone to get our constitutional rights back!  And, we start at the polls!
