Increasing production in the face of over supply, setting Capital Expenditures in excess of cash flow are two of the gems cited.

You can tell which companies are poorly managed and which ones are not. It is a shame what some of these companies have done. In the last few years I came across plenty of men who were all hat and no cattle.

Heidlebergman,

O&G companies have traditionally short changed land owners while society & governments have stood by and watched.

Governments rape and pillage it's citizens as well through taxation, burdensome regulations, whittling away of rights, etc..............the citizen has a choice to do business, in any form - sign a lease, purchase a product, OR not - but with a Government, you have no other choice.

“Without a doubt, 2015 will go down in history as one of the worst years for the oil and gas sector.”

Without a doubt, the past 10 years will go down in history as a nightmare for landowners who were shorted royalties by this company in every state they operated in.

By the way, they are still taking all of Ohios NGLs free and controlling the price of NGLs until the NGLs get to market where they cash in royalty free.

My neighbors Barn Mucking job is no longer available due to the Hats & No Cattle thing, regardless of what it means.

All talk and no action.

Luckily the Revenue Department sent me the attached Spreadsheet used to calculate Buck Well 1H No Deduction Royalties. Our Royalty Statements show no deductions, but check out the 3 columns of deductions on the spreadsheet.

The resulting Complaint is one of the few with the evidence provided by Chesapeake. Any Ohioan who is leased by Chesapeake will be included in this Beauty when it receives the Class Action status.

The Ohio RICO violation requires that each landowner be paid 3 times their losses.

The Class Action Arbitration will get the Arbitration issue out of the way that the ALOV, SURE, and other leases set us up with so we couldn't sue. That plan was faulty for sure.

The rest of the details I'll save for Chesapeake's lawyers to figure out.
