Drilling Plans & Activity in Central PA

It looks like Laurel Mountain Production is currently drilling & planning future drilling in Clarion County in Perry Township.  What has attracted them to this area?  Is there pipeline takeaway capacity, and if so, where does the gas go; is there a local use for it?
