Introduce Yourself: we have been approached by 2 differant companies about leasing our land. The first company has contacted us at least 5 times, last night we met with them again. My question is they keep telling us no one in Stark co. has signed for more than the x amt. they have offered us. They are also trying to get us to sign for 10 yrs vs. 5 yrs. last night when the land man was here this was the first time we were approached about 10 yrs. from either co. How do I find out if we are getting the best per acre we can? We only have 30 acres so it is not like we are on a huge amt. of land
